In order to promote the request of “Deeply Implement Minute Management ”, HCC orgznized the sciential competition in 6th Sep. In the company,19 teams from different dept. actively joined in. In the end, the international trade department won the title, technical department obtained the second place and covering department II obtained the third place.

Through this competition, all the members were encouraged to learn and execute the minute management in their workplace. All the staffers go deep into the rules “refuse any wastes”, “seek zero defect”,”1%minutia lead to 100%purchase” than before. We believe, by the implementation of the minute management, HCC would enhance its competitive power in the world.
