Competions between producing shift-groups |
Ever since Jan., 2010, HCC hold a competion between the A and the B shift-groups.This is to promote staffs’ positivity in work to decrease the waste and produce more high-quality products which can meet the rising demands from the market as possible as we can. These two shifts compete with each other, and encourage each other. All they hope do better to bring more profit for HCC.
